- Facilitating the catch-up and remedial classes for children.
- Plan and shape activities in close collaboration with the Project coordinator and tthe eam leader
- Reporting to the Team leader and supporting him in adapting the activities to better fit the needs of the children in the community, with specific attention to the needs of the most vulnerable;
- Ensure that all required documentation from field work is prepared professionally and properly filed.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system for mobilization/facilitation activities, including project documents, monitoring notes, and photos.
- Facilitate and support activities for community engagement
- Contribute to the survey and assessment as necessary
- . Contribute to the team effort to develop materials, an agenda, and other necessary tools
- Extract the needs of community people and reach out to the people in need
- Develop a close connection with local authorities, youth, and people in vulnerable situations
- Refer vulnerable children identified as in need of specialized and additional support to the Team leader and/or Case workers.
- Monitor daily attendance, progress, and behaviors of children during the activities
- Responsible for maintaining the place of work tidy and clean.
- Report Child protection concerns in the community and working area.
- In case of need, support the awareness campaign.
- Support other colleagues (even from other projects/departments) for the best interest of children.
- Support in implementing relevant protection activities.
- Any additional tasks.
Requirements for the position (Criteria):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in years of experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Manages time and priorities, meets deadlines.
- Knowledge of child protection.
- Cooperates and contributes to achieving goals.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and readiness to work on weekends and/or holidays (if required).
