     Introduction about CVC:

CVC will conduct a call for tenders for the procurement of school bags and
stationery kits as part of its Back-to-School Campaign, which seeks to
support underprivileged students by removing key barriers to education. This
tender aims to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality school kits to
children in need, enabling them to start the school year with the necessary
tools to learn, participate, and thrive.

     Project Background (about the
bid)

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote
access to education for all, CVC Charity is launching its annual Back to School
campaign to support vulnerable children across Lebanon. The campaign aims to
reduce the barriers to education by providing essential school supplies to
students who are at risk of dropping out due to financial hardship.

In this context, CVC is seeking to procure
school bags and complete stationery kits through a transparent bidding process.
The number of kits that will be requested is 1000 kits.These kits will be distributed to children in economically disadvantaged
communities, particularly those affected by displacement, poverty, and
conflict. The tender aims to ensure the procurement of high-quality, durable,
and age-appropriate school materials in time for the start of the upcoming
academic year.

The selected supplier(s) will be responsible
for the provision, packaging, and delivery of the items in accordance with
CVC’s specifications and timeline.
