Right to Play is seeking a Production House for Video Content Creation and Billboard Set Up WE’AM Sports & Music Campaign

1.  Overview
The WE’AM Consortium is launching a national multimedia campaign to promote social
cohesion in six localities in Lebanon through sports and music. The campaign leverages
transformational play and storytelling tools to counter social tensions, promote diversity,
and showcase the power of unity through cultural and athletic expression.
The selected production house will be responsible for production:

  • 31 high-quality videos (short-form and long-form),
  • 14 billboard designs and installations
  • 5 teaser social media posts

Between August 1 and October 1, 2025, aligned with the campaign’s messaging pillars and
featuring influencers (athletes/musicians) and community members. These videos will be
shared primarily on Instagram and Facebook, and used in various events and media pitching by
Right To Play. Right To Play reserves full ownership and exclusive rights to all content created
under this campaign.

2. Scope of Work
A. Pre-Production

  • Concept development aligned with the campaign strategy
  • Scriptwriting and visual storyboarding
  •  Coordination with Right To Play and the campaign consultant (who will lead influencer outreach)
  • Coordination with local authorities and billboard agencies for placement permissions

B. Production

  • Filming across six localities (urban and remote settings)
  •  Full direction, lighting, audio, and equipment setup
  •  Capturing both staged and spontaneous content

C. Post-Production

  •  Editing, graphics, color grading, sound mixing
  •  English subtitling for accessibility
  •  Deliverables formatted for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

D. Billboard Production and Setup

  •  Graphic design and visual adaptation based on campaign strategy
  •  Production house to coordinate with billboard agencies for media space and secure all legal permissions and licenses
  • Billboard types (e.g., Poster, Vinyl, Digital, etc.) and locations (main roads, crowdedareas in 6 regions) are to be proposed by the supplier based on best value and campaign reach.
  •  Minimum acceptable size should not be less than 4x3(however digital billboards can be smaller) *open for suggestions.
  •  Production house to cover rental and installation costs within their proposal Billboards will be displayed for a maximum of one month, depending on budget availability
  •  Provide final setup photos for documentation

3. Deliverables

  • Teaser Posts 5, Still posts, 5 teaser posts total disseminated across various influencer pages. Influencer must have a minimum of 7K followers and be Arabic speaking/local.
  • Teaser Videos, 10 , 15–30 sec (video) Featuring influencers introducing campaign messages. Production house is not responsible for posting Main Campaign.
  • Videos, 12, 45–90 sec, 4 Music, 4 Sports, 4 Combined highlighting, music and sports as tools for social cohesion, through storytelling.
  • Billboards 14, Design, Design + installation across 6 regions (2–3 per region). Type and specs proposed by agency Events Impact,
  • Packages 3 packages, 3–5 min each, long video and, 3 short social, media snippets,
  • 1 long event video + 3 social media snippets for each event ,
  • Human-Centered Stories,6, 60–90 sec, (video) Focused on personal change journeys through sports/music

4. Ownership & Rights
All produced content (videos, designs, billboards, posts) will be the exclusive property of
Right To Play. RTP reserves full usage rights at any time, without restrictions.
A confidentiality and proprietary rights clause will be included in both the ToR and final
agreement (Article 7).


5. Submission Requirements

  • Applicants must submit
  • Portfolio of relevant work (minimum 2 video campaigns, preferably withyouth/influencers)
  • Technical and Creative Proposal: Describe the methodology for producing thecontent outlined above
  •  Work Plan with timeline and deliverables
  •  Financial Proposal (Annex Template): VAT-inclusive or VAT exemption if applicable
  •  Company registration documents and tax ID (if available)
  •  Core Team bios and CVs
  • Signed and stamped proposal (PDF only)

6. Selection Criteria

  • Technical & Creative Approach 20%, Relevance, originality, alignment with campaign messaging.
  • Relevant Experience & Portfolio 20%, Quality and relevance of past work, experience with target communities, Team Capacity & Project
  • Planning 20%, Feasibility of timeline; team, qualifications and clarity of roles
  • Financial Proposal 40%, Value for money; cost clarity, payment, terms and bank fees and VAT, compliance (noting that an exemption to, VAT is present under this project if applicable)
