Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.
Through the Agrytech Accelerator Program, startups receive support to develop their Minimum Viable Product, test it with early adopters, and build their capacity to establish their business from marketing, financial, management and operational levels. The Program aims to contribute to job creation and sustainable economic development while advancing the Lebanese entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The Agrytech Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:
- An innovation with scientific or technological focus in the agri-food sector.
- The possibility to scale beyond the local market
- The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally
Scope of work
The Accelerator Program seeks to empower entrepreneurs with essential skills needed to dive deeper into operations and team management during their growth stage, by focusing on applied leadership, people management, and personal performance under pressure.
The selected candidate will be required to deliver a full-day interactive workshop for up to 8 Agrytech startups covering the following:
Enhancing Emotional Intelligence for Better Team Dynamics
- Translating emotional intelligence into effective hiring, delegation, and feedback.
- Using EQ to manage misalignment, tension, and low performance in startup teams.
- Building a culture of psychological safety and shared accountability.
Self-Reflection and Personal Development for Founders
- Redefining personal growth goals as the startup scales.
- Building awareness around leadership styles, blind spots, and stress responses.
- Navigating the identity shift from doer to leader.
Managing Stress and Making Confident Decisions in High-Stakes Environments
- Structuring decisions under uncertainty using clear frameworks.
- Prioritizing mental clarity and reducing emotional reactivity during pressure moments.
- Integrating decision-making routines into daily leadership habits.
Empathetic Leadership and Team Motivation at Scale
- Scaling leadership practices while growing the team.
- Empowering team members through trust, clarity, and shared purpose.
- Preventing burnout and disengagement in fast-moving startup environments.
The session should combine practical frameworks and real-life startup examples with interactive exercises and reflection moments. The expert to share with the startups some ready-to-use tools and templates to apply immediately.

- Deliver a full-day workshop covering the scope of work mentioned above
- Provide a report summarizing the outcomes, feedback, and recommendations for each startup.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a startup or in a startup environment.
- Previous experience working with businesses or startups is a plus.
- Possess strong professional credentials and skills in delivering training and mentorship.
- Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence entrepreneurs.
