Brief Information of the Project

Empowering women and strengthening the resilience of vulnerable rural and urban communities in South Lebanon and Beirut is a three-year program implemented by a consortium of 3 NGOs, Justice without Frontiers, SHEILD, and JAFRA, led by Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). This program aims to strengthen women's livelihoods and increase the resilience of vulnerable communities engaged in smallholder and subsistence agriculture. Justice without Frontiers’ role in this program is to ensure that gender equality is mainstreamed into all project activities, provide tailored training for women in leadership skills and business development, provide legal support, and conduct gender analysis.

Request:

  JWF is seeking a qualified social media consultant to design posts for the advocacy awareness campaign.

Scope of work and deliverables

  • Create 40 posts (each 10 posts should be related to a specific topic)
  • The posts will include a mix of promotional graphics, informative infographics, and engagement-driven visuals.
  • Designs should be optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and X, taking into account the ideal image sizes and formats.
  • The posts will include key messages shared by Justice Without Frontiers
  • The consultant will be responsible for providing recommendations on when to boost, the target audience, and the appropriate budget for the posts. (The JWF should cover the budget)
  • Track the performance of boosted posts, including metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Provide a draft report of insights or recommendations based on the campaign’s success for rounds of comments
  • Provide the final report of insight and recommendation
  • Provide draft posts within 3 weeks and the final version 2 weeks after receiving feedback (Work will be divided into batches based on need)
  • All material produced should respect the funder’s visibility requirements

 

Skills and Experience required:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a social media consultant or similar role.

• Ability to use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs to edit and enhance video content.

• Understanding of various social media platforms and their video specifications, including aspect ratios, durations, and file formats.

• Basic understanding of copywriting principles to create engaging captions and headlines for social media posts.

  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools

• Experience working with NGOs or in the humanitarian sector,

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
