1. RFP Announcement

NUSANED, a non-profit organization operating in Lebanon, invites qualified and reputable insurance providers to submit proposals for comprehensive employee insurance coverage. This RFP seeks competitive offers for Medical and Life Insurance coverage for all staff, with the option to include Dental and Vision plans.
The selected provider will be expected to deliver cost-effective, transparent, and reliable insurance services aligned with local regulations and international NGO standards.

3. Scope of Work

The selected insurance provider will be responsible for offering:
• Inpatient and outpatient medical coverage for all employees and their declared dependents.
• Life insurance benefits including death and disability coverage.
• Optional packages for dental and vision, quoted separately.
• Clear terms for pre-existing conditions, waiting periods, and exclusions.
• Access to a broad, high-quality hospital and medical network in Lebanon.
• Transparent claims process and dedicated customer support.
• Regular reports and claim summaries on a quarterly basis.

Additional Requirement – Continuity of Coverage:
The selected insurance provider must ensure uninterrupted coverage for all employees from the contract start date. No grace period or waiting period will be accepted for activating coverage (including pre-existing conditions as per agreed terms). Coverage must be fully effective on the contract commencement date.

4. Proposal Submission Instructions

Interested insurance providers must submit their proposals no later than August 5th, 2025 to the following email address:

Proposals should be titled:
"RFP Submission – Employee Insurance Coverage – Nusaned"

All proposals must include:
• A cover letter expressing interest.
• Company profile and relevant experience with NGOs or international organizations.
• Detailed technical proposal (coverage details, limitations, hospital network, etc.).
• Financial proposal (clear premium breakdowns per employee/family unit and optional benefits).
• Copies of registration and accreditation documents.
• Contact details of three recent client references.

Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
