Senior AAP Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee community feedback and response mechanisms.

Conduct program information sessions to ensure communities are well-informed.

Support program teams in applying AAP principles in planning, implementation, and monitoring.

Lead the development and delivery of AAP-related trainings and awareness sessions.

Analyze feedback trends and report findings to relevant departments.

Coordinate with MEAL, protection, and program teams to ensure community voices inform project adjustments.

Ensure safeguarding, PSEA, and inclusion are reflected in all community engagement activities.
