Traditions & people is seeking for a highly qualified and experienced cost control & purchasing consultancy expert (Preferably Companies with experience in hospitality & food sector) for our project " kitchen community " . Your expertise in this field is crucial to ensuring the success & efficiency of our project .
Scope of Work:
A-Cost Control:
1.Develop and implement cost control strategies for project expenses.
2.Conduct regular cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
3.Collaborate with project teams to establish realistic budgetary expectations.
4.System build -up /database
5-Standing Receipe & yield
6-Inventory control & evaluation
7-Calculating inventory & variances
8-Procedures for kitchen production
9-Establishing work flow control cycle.
10-Area of Analysis : kitchen/Production & stock
B.Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to cost control and procurement.
C.Reporting:Generate regular reports on cost performance and procurement activities.
