As part of Nusaned Activities during the crisis, Nusaned is seeking for Service company who can provide maintenance for Semi-Automatic sanitary pad machine, located in Beirut, Saida and Baalbeck.

1. Introduction

We are seeking to establish a Service Maintenance Agreement with a qualified mechanical maintenance service provider for a semi-automatic sanitary pad machine (Global Napkin Machine – Model Year 2023). The machine currently requires reinstallation and will subsequently be serviced on an as-needed basis during the term of the agreement.

2. Machine Details

• Machine Type: Semi-Automatic Sanitary Pad Machine
• Manufacturer: Global Napkin Machine
• Model Year: 2023
• Current Status: Not installed – requires reinstallation
• Service Category: Mechanical components only

3. Scope of Services

The scope of services under this agreement shall include the following:

• Initial Reinstallation of the machine
• On-request mechanical servicing throughout the agreement term
• All services to be conducted on-site at the designated locations
• Service to be provided strictly within working hours:
  9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

4. Service Locations

Servicing and site visits must be provided at the following locations:

• Beirut
• Saida
• Baalbeck

The provider must be capable of reaching all three locations when required.

5. Contract Duration

The service agreement will be valid for a fixed period of 10 months from the date of signature and/or machine reinstallation.

6. Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be evaluated based on the following:

• Compliance with the requested scope: 10%
• Total cost and clarity of inclusions: 50%
• Ability to deliver services within working hours and at specified locations:20%
• Relevant experience and company capacity:20%
