Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities: 

Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment and selection process of employees, interns, and volunteers, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. 

Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

Assist with new team members (employee, interns, or volunteers) onboarding, including coordinating orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. 

Participate in events such as jobs or NGO fairs  

Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and HR policy communication. 

 

Job Qualifications: 

Proven minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, or in a recruitment company. 

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language. 

Previous experience in NGOs or recruitment companies is a plus.
