World Vision intends to award contracts that seek the services of professional contractors for the rehabilitation of Damaged centers and communal facilities in the South

The intended bidder will be expected to provide carpentry, metal, aluminum, electrical, WASH services, engineering  expertise, manpower, machinery, supplies, operators, and foreman to comply with work’s needs (as per site and WVL engineer’s requirements).  Supplies are ones suitable for the above-mentioned rehabilitation works (carpentry, Metal, aluminum, Electrical, civil, masonry, steel, mechanical. Details in attached BOQ) and TOR .

All Companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to WV Lebanon Procurement email address  Lbn_Procurement@wvi.org to receive the Tender Documentation.

Deadline for the submission of Offer  is August 18 , 2025 08:00 PM Lebanon Time

Please note:

• Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
• Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender.

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by August 04 , 2025, since the deadline of offers submission via online system is August 13 , 2025  8:00pm Tender documents will include detailed BOQs and TOR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.

Payments will be made via fresh money transfer.

The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges for an approximate amount of $45 for any sum below $10,000 and $95 for any sum above $10,000 which will be deducted directly from each transfer.

No Price Negotiation: Please note that this tender follows a "best and final offer" (BAFO) approach. Suppliers are expected to submit their most competitive price and comprehensive proposal initially, as no negotiations regarding price will be undertaken after the submission deadline

5. The Supplier assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the prices submitted. Once an agreement is signed, these prices will be considered final.
6. Mandatory submission of PDF and Excel files of the BoQs. This requirement ensures that the BoQs can be easily reviewed and analyzed.
7. Suppliers need to review the BoQs line by line before signing the agreement. The BoQs are an integral and non-negotiable part of the agreement, and suppliers should be aware of their contents and implications.
