Consultancy for Corporate Partnership Development and Social Enterprise Strategy

Kvinna till Kvinna is looking to engage an expert in Revenue Diversification and
Business Development. In response to shifting funding landscapes and the need to diversify income, the consultant will support one of our partner organization’s leadership in developing corporate partnerships, exploring social enterprise opportunities, and co-creating a strategic roadmap to enhance positioning and generate mission-aligned revenue.

 

Scope of Work:

The objective of this consultancy is to support the organization in strengthening its sustainability strategy. The consultant will work closely with the partner’s team, providing strategic guidance through a co-creative process. Key responsibilities include identifying aligned corporate partners, articulating the organization’s unique value proposition, and designing income-generating models. Additionally, the consultant will advise on communication, positioning, and narrative development to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement within the corporate and social enterprise landscape.

Deliverables and Reporting Requirements

The consultant will work closely with the organization’s leadership throughout the assignment. Deliverables are organized into three phases: Inception, Implementation, and Final Reporting.

Inception:

  • Submit a 1–2 page inception brief outlining the approach, detailed work plan, methodology, outputs, and timeline.
  • Participate in a kick-off session to align expectations and clarify goals.

 

Implementation:
In collaboration with leadership, the consultant will:

  • Review existing fundraising materials and strategies; identify key organizational strengths, assets, and growth opportunities.
  • Map and prioritize potential corporate partners, foundations, and CSR initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission, focusing on SWANA and Europe.
  • Develop a practical corporate partnership strategy, including entry points, stakeholder engagement approaches, and a value proposition framework.
  • Identify viable income-generating models rooted in the organization’s current work; co-develop a concept note for social enterprise pilots or directions.
  • Advise on strategic communication and co-develop 1–2 outreach materials (e.g., partnership brief, pitch deck).
  • Facilitate light networking and relevant ecosystem connections where appropriate.
  • Outline a light implementation roadmap with priorities, next steps, and timelines.
  • Sketch 1–2 example engagement scenarios or partnership pathways.

 

Final Reporting:

  • Deliver a final report summarizing findings, strategies, developed materials, and recommendations for next steps.

 

Timeline:

The assignment is expected to be completed by the end of November 2025. Key milestones and deadlines will be agreed upon with the selected expert.

 

Required qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing corporate partnerships, CSR engagement strategies, or cause-related collaborations — preferably with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
  • Knowledge of social enterprise development, particularly in early-stage ideation and modeling within a rights-based, feminist, or social justice context.
  • Strong skills in strategic communication, including experience developing value propositions, messaging, and partnership materials.
  • Familiarity with both the SWANA region and European philanthropic or corporate ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adaptively, including co-creation with teams.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communication and value-based messaging, particularly in the context of partnership building or social enterprise development. A background in advocacy or impact storytelling is a plus.

 

 

The work plan for the implementation of the consultancy will be developed in partnership with Kvinna till Kvinna’s Syria Regional team and its partner organisation.
