Dear Valued Suppliers,

 

World Vision is one of the world’s leading humanitarian development and advocacy organization and operates in nearly 100 countries worldwide, including Lebanon.

 

World Vision Lebanon is looking for professional videography and photography services to cover the entire event.

 

World Vision Lebanon will host a high-level event during the week of 20–24 October 2025 (exact date and venue to be confirmed no later than one month prior). The event will celebrate key milestones and gather stakeholders, youth, staff, and partners. WVL seeks a professional videographer/photographer or media production agency to document the event fully and manage a Testimonial Booth to capture reflections from participants. The collected content will be used for post-event media, digital campaigns, and internal communications.

 

The consultant will be responsible for comprehensive photo and video coverage of the event, including:

  • Speeches and on-stage activities
  • Audience and participant engagement
  • Dedicated Testimonial Corner/Booth capturing 30–40 video/audio testimonials

All Companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to the WV Lebanon Procurement email address  Lbn_Procurement@wvi.org to receive the Tender Documentation.

 

A letter of Interest should include the following information:

 

  • Email Subject Line: RFQ 3877932 - Event Coverage & Testimonial Booth –videography and photography services 

 

  • Name of Company.
  • Contact Information: Contact Person, Telephone, Mobile & Email.

 

Deadline for the submission of Letter of Interest is August 13, 2025 08:00 PM Lebanon Time since the deadline of Submission offers is  Monday August 18, 2025 online via system.

 

 

Please note:

  • Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
  • Any submission of a Letter of Interest after the deadline will be rejected, and companies will not be invited to Tender.

 

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by August 08, 2025, since the deadline of offers submission via online system is 18 August  2025 8:00 pm Tender documents will include TOR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.

Payments will be made via fresh money transfer.

 

The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges for an approximate amount of $45 for any sum below $10,000 and $95 for any sum above $10,000 which will be deducted directly from each transfer.

              

In case the Consultant is not registered with Ministry of Finance, a deduction of 8.5 % should always be considered.

 

No Price Negotiation: Please note that this tender follows a "best and final offer" (BAFO) approach. Suppliers are expected to submit their most competitive price and comprehensive proposal initially, as no negotiations regarding price will be undertaken after the submission deadline
