- Oversee the daily management of center operations, including activity scheduling, trainer coordination, and logistical needs.
- Supervise Outreach Workers, ensuring community engagement aligns with project goals.
- Monitor the quality of training sessions, awareness activities, and workshops, providing feedback to trainers and facilitators.
- Ensure the center is safe, inclusive, and gender-sensitive, adhering to safeguarding and protection standards.
- Maintain accurate beneficiary records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Conduct beneficiary feedback mechanisms and address issues in coordination with the Project Officer.
- Support the implementation of needs assessments, pre/post-tests, and monitoring tools.
- Ensure compliance with set visibility guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with field teams to address challenges and improve service delivery.
