Car rental services provider

Duration of contract: Till Project end

Estimated timeframe: August 1, 2025 to March 30, 2027

Location: Greater Tripoli Area (Union of Municipalities of Al Fayhaa – Tripoli, Mina, Qalamoun, and Beddawi)

Contract attribution: around March 30, 2027

 

 

 

The selected provider will be responsible for:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly rental options
  • SUV rental option
  • Fuel-efficient and well-maintained vehicle
  • Insurance coverage for vehicles and passenger
  • Emergency support and vehicle replacement
  • Coordination with Safadi Foundation’s team
  • Optional provision of professional driver (on demand)
Objective

 

  • Vehicle must be in good condition no fault or engine checks
  • Drivers (if provided) must be punctual, professional, and familiar with the Tripoli area
  • Vehicles must be clean, air-conditioned, and roadworthy
  • Vehicle must be under service provider name and has all legal documentation available

 

Deliverables and TimeLine

  • Monthly service reports including usage, maintenance, and feedback
  • Proper billing and invoicing
  • Supplier must be registered and MOF

Application Submission Guidelines:

 Interested car rental service providers are invited to send a full application to: admn@safadi-foundation.org with the subject line “Car rental services provider”. The details of the proposal document are provided below:

  • Company Profile highlighting relevant experience
  • Fleet details including vehicle types, models, and availability
  • Financial Proposal including daily/weekly/monthly rates and fuel policy
  • Insurance coverage and maintenance policy

The deadline for submitting proposals is the 30th of August 2025

Any incomplete application will not be reviewed.

Required skills and experience

 

 

  • Must be legally registered and authorized to operate in Lebanon
  •  A valid commercial registration and tax compliance documents.
  • Strong Customer Service and Responsiveness
  • Proven ability to respond promptly to service requests, changes in schedule, and emergency needs.
  • Availability of a dedicated contact person for coordination and support.
  • Insurance and Safety Compliance
  • Vehicles must be insured for both driver and passengers, including third-party liability.
  • Provider must ensure regular vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
  • Compliance with local transportation laws and EU-funded project safety standards is mandatory.
