Humanity & Inclusion hereinafter referred to as “HI” is an independent and impartial aid organization working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict, and disaster. We work alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, taking action and bearing witness in order to respond to their essential needs, improve their living conditions, and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.
HI intends to launch a Request for Quotation for "Hearing" in Lebanon with the aim of signing a 1-year framework contract.
HI invites interested suppliers to submit their offer for "Hearing” as specified in the attached RFQ Template with all the needed information inside, bidders can request the Excel version via email at tenders@lebanon.hi.org till the 28 of August 2025.

Offers should be sent via Email to: tenders@lebanon.hi.org, with the subject line: "RFQ2025-014 - Hearing", for your quotation to be taken into consideration.
Bidders must submit their proposals before Thursday 28th of August 2025 by 20:00HRS (Beirut Local Time).
Requirements:
- All Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents should be fully completed.
- The quotation must be signed and stamped.
- All bidders should send all relevant legal papers with their submission (e.g., registration certificate, MOF certificate, ID of Owner etc.)
- The quotation should include pictures of the items specified in the RFQ
