Request for Quotation LEB-2025-022 Food Parcels

Norwegian church Aid - NCA invties potential bidders to apply for its Request for Quotation LEB-2025-022 Food Parcels. 

We request interested bidders to inform NCA about their intention to participate in this tender in writing on the following email address: ncalebanonprocurement@nca.no  

Please take into consideration the following:

  1. Carefully read the RFQ dossier and its annexes. 
  2. Use exclusively NCA provided annexes. 
  3. Clearly mark the envelops (Envelope 1. legal, Envelope 2. technical, and Envelope 3. financial) and sign and stamp each envelop on the closing area. Please add the name of the company on all envelops.

How to Apply

The Supplier shall complete and submit the following documents with his quotation: 

  • Invitation to Tender Form - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Annex #1 Technical Data Form - to be completed, signed, and stamped by the Bidder
  • Annex #2 Financial offer (Price to be inserted by the bidder) - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Annex #3 SUP 12 General terms and conditions for supply contracts - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Annex #4 Code of Conduct for Contractors - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Annex #5 Vendor Bank Verification Form signed and stamped by the vendor
  • Letter from the bank, Stamped and signed by the bank, for confirmation of the bank account details. It should be issued in 2025.
  • Copy of a commercial registration validated 2025, Or commercial registration with financial clearance certificate for the year 2025 (براءة ذمة)  
  • Copy of the ID of the company owner.
  • Bidder to submit a commitment letter that the delivered food items meet the food safety standards (in the technical envelop).
  • Bidder to submit testing certificates for the food items (in the technical envelop), either from the mother company or the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute.

*The lab results shall include the item batch number, the production, and the expiry date.

*The lab test shall prove the that goods are fit for human consumption

  • Physical Samples for all the requested items, to be exact to the requested specifications. 

Interested Bidders can also request Annex #5 Vendor Bank Verification Form and the financial offer template in excel by email. 

 

Offers shall be submitted in a One sealed envelope containing Three envelopes:

        1. Administrative/Legal Envelope: It contains all the required documents except for:
  • Annex #1 - Technical Data Form
  • Bidder to submit a commitment letter that the delivered food items meet the food safety standards.
  • Bidder to submit testing certificates for the food items, either from the mother company or the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute.

*The lab results shall include the item batch number, the production, and the expiry date.

*The lab test shall prove the that goods are fit for human consumption

  • Annex #2 - Financial Offer.

 

        1. Technical Envelope: It contains:
  • Annex #1 - Technical Data Form (samples to be provided separately).
  • Bidder to submit a commitment letter that the delivered food items meet the food safety standards.
  • Bidder to submit testing certificates for the food items (in the technical envelop), either from the mother company or the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute.

*The lab results shall include the item batch number, the production, and the expiry date.

*The lab test shall prove the that goods are fit for human consumption

 

3. Financial Envelope: It contains only Annex #2 Financial Offer.
