Purchasing Laptops

SIDC requests your price quotation for a Lenovo laptop specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed and include the following information for the item listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder:

The specifications of the laptop should be:

• Model: Lenovo (or equivalent brand meeting/exceeding specifications)
• Processor: Intel Core i7, 13th Generation or higher
• RAM: 16 GB DDR5
• Storage: NVMe 512 GB SSD
• Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics or higher
• Display: 15.6” FHD
• Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
• Warranty: Minimum 1-year full warranty (covering all repairs, at our premises, without extra charge)
• Accessories: Free Optical wireless USB mouse, original laptop bag
• Additional software: One-year Kaspersky Internet Security license

The laptop should be delivered to a specific location:

• Sin el Fil, Youssef Karam Street, Daou Bldg., 7th floor ,SIDC.

MANDATORY SUBMISSION Requirements:

• Signed and stamped quotation.
• Legal documents of the company: ID of the owner, Registration form, Commercial registry, VAT registration certificate, etc.
• Prices must show VAT separately (do not include VAT in the unit price).
• Bank fees must not be included in the quotation (these will be covered by SIDC).
• Products must be delivered in original, sealed manufacturer packaging.
• Warranty service must be provided directly by the supplier at SIDC’s premises or via authorized service centers.
• The supplier must have in place or agree to sign and adhere to the policies mentioned in this RFQ before contract award.
