Head of Rehabilitation Center for Men

Oum el Nour is a leading Lebanese NGO founded in 1990, dedicated to the prevention, rehabilitation, and reintegration of individuals struggling with substance use. With a holistic and compassionate approach, Oum el Nour offers residential and outpatient rehabilitation programs, prevention initiatives, and reintegration services that empower individuals to reclaim their lives with dignity and purpose. We are seeking a strong, results-oriented leader to guide and oversee the daily operations of our men’s rehabilitation center. This is a critical managerial role for someone with proven leadership and organizational abilities, a background in social services or addiction recovery, and the drive to lead a team with professionalism and integrity.

While the role focuses on leading a center for men, both qualified men and women are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for a leader who is decisive, organized, and committed to excellence in management and service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:
•University degree 
•Proficiency in English, Arabic and French 
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Proven experience in social work, rehabilitation, or a related field 

Key Responsibilities:
•Provide strong and consistent leadership to staff and residents 
•Organize and oversee daily operations and program activities
•Ensure discipline, structure, and alignment with the center’s policies
•Monitor internal dynamics and resolve challenges effectively
•Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
•Represent and promote the center’s values and professional standards

Operational & Management Responsibilities:
•Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring all departments run efficiently
•Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing direction and regular feedback
•Develop schedules, manage resources, and monitor compliance with center policies
•Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to address emerging issues proactively

Leadership Responsibilities:
•Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and professionalism
•Lead staff meetings, set clear expectations, and align the team with the center’s mission
•Support strategic planning and implement initiatives to enhance service delivery
•Inspire and guide staff to uphold high standards and achieve organizational goals
