INTRODUCTION TO UTOPIA
UTOPIA Association is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to abolishing all types of social discrepancies in the Lebanese society. Through specialized projects and programs that embrace volunteerism and innovation, we strive to create empowered communities and achieve social justice for all, regardless of political or religious beliefs.
Our interventions encompass developmental, humanitarian, and empowering initiatives aimed at driving meaningful change and enhancing the quality of life for all citizens. UTOPIA Association relies on fundraising to cover operational and program implementation expenses. We secure funding from international grant institutions, local donations from the private sector, and various fundraising activities. We continuously seek partnerships with entities that share our strategic values of justice, equality, citizenship, volunteerism, and accountability.
Enhancing Sustainable Water and Emergency Services in North Lebanon is a project implemented by UTOPIA, funded by Expertise France under the Shabake 2 program. The project aims to enhance the resilience of public service facilities by improving water access through the installation and rehabilitation of solar energy systems for water stations and pumps in Azki and Bakhaoun, in addition to strengthening the operational capacity of the Tripoli Fire Department. Activities include the provision of solar systems, equipment maintenance, staff training, and community engagement, ensuring reliable and sustainable services to meet both daily needs and emergency response requirements in North Lebanon.

Instructions:
- All offers must be printed on the bidder’s official letterhead, clearly identifying the company.
- The Technical/Administrative offer and the Financial offer must be submitted separately (in different sealed files) within the same sealed envelope.
- The sealed envelope should clearly state the Invitation to Tender reference number: ITB/UTP/2025/08/001 and must not contain any other details related to the bid on the outside.
