Head Chef – Turath SARL (Social Enterprise of Lebanese Social Responsibility)

Turath SARL is a social enterprise affiliated with Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR), dedicated to preserving traditional Lebanese food practices and empowering women in rural areas through sustainable livelihoods.

We are looking for a Head Chef with 10+ years of proven experience in catering and F&B management to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will:

• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards (HACCP / ISO 22000 knowledge preferred).
• Design and innovate menus rooted in Lebanese culinary heritage, balancing tradition with modern catering demands.
• Oversee large-scale meal production for community kitchens, humanitarian operations, and catering services.
• Manage procurement of raw materials, monitor stock and costs, and ensure sustainability and waste reduction practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate women’s empowerment and heritage preservation objectives into kitchen operations.
