Speaker in a Webinar session

Purpose of the assignment:

Kvinna till Kvinna is seeking speakers for a 2-hour webinar session on Feminist and Inclusive Approaches to Facilitating Dialogue in Sensitive Contexts or Among Politically Diverse Groups, with Attention to Safeguarding and Well-being Practices.

The webinar aims to strengthen the capacity of our partner organizations to apply feminist and inclusive approaches when facilitating dialogue in fragile, sensitive, or politically diverse settings.

  3. Highlight safeguarding and well-being practices that ensure safe participation.
  4. Share practical tools and strategies from the experiences of practitioners and experts.
  5. Foster exchange between practitioners, activists, and participants engaged in community dialogue and peacebuilding efforts.

2. Role of Speakers

  • Deliver a presentation (10–15 minutes) or contribute as panelists, focusing on one or more of the webinar objectives.
  • Provide insights, good practices, and/or case studies from their professional and/or community-based experiences.
  • Highlight feminist and inclusive approaches, with particular attention to safeguarding and well-being.
  • Participate in the Q&A and interactive discussions with attendees.
