Letter of Invitation

Embrace NGO
invites qualified and eligible videographers/production companies, registered
with the Lebanese Government, to make a firm offer for the production and
delivery of video and photography services covering the following three
projects:

- Lot 1: Production
of 5–7 Testimonial Reels (documentary-style)

- Lot 2:
Photo & Video Coverage of the Annual Dawn Walk 2025 in Saida (Sunday, 14
Sept – 5:00 AM)

- Optional:
Expression of interest to collaborate on the “Voices With Impact”
short film grant Voices With Impact
Film Festival | Global Short Films Addressing Mental Health

Embrace is opening to a larger creative
collaboration. We are exploring participation in the international Voices
With Impact grant for short films on mental health (2026 edition). While
the grant must be submitted by a filmmaker, Embrace will serve as a
partner by contributing real-life stories, mental health expertise, and
organizational support throughout the process.

Scope of Work

Lot 1 Testimonial
Reels
- 5–7 reels (45–90 sec each)
- Filming, editing, subtitles (EN/AR), color grade, audio cleanup
- Delivery in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)

Lot 2:  Dawn Walk 2025 Coverage
- Location: Saida (call time 4:30 AM)
- Minimum 120 edited photos + teaser + 90-sec highlight film
- Same-day delivery of selects (by noon)
- Final delivery within 5 days

Optional: Voices
With Impact (Grant Collaboration)

- No fee at this stage, Embrace acts as community partner
- Separate agreement if funded ($7,500 grant)

Eligibility: 

Videographers and filmmakers based in Lebanon. 

Experience in documentary-style or
narrative shooting is preferred. 

Proven Portfolio/showreels (to be
shared) 

Demonstrated passion for
storytelling around mental health and social impact.
