Peace of Art is requesting quotations from qualified suppliers for the following Media Equipment. All items must be brand new, original, with warranty, and include all standard accessories.

Media Equipment Required:

• Camera – Canon 400D: DSLR Camera, 18–55mm lens kit, 10+ MP, Full HD video recording, rechargeable battery, charger included.
• Wireless Double Microphone Set: 2 transmitters + 1 receiver, UHF, operating range ≥ 30m, rechargeable.
• Electric Cables: Heavy-duty extension cables, 5m–10m, surge-protected.
• External Hard Disk: 2TB minimum, USB 3.0 or higher, shockproof casing.
• HDMI Cables: High-speed HDMI, 2m–5m, supports 4K.
• Headphones: Over-ear, closed-back, noise isolation, 3.5mm jack.
• LED Light: Studio LED panel, adjustable brightness & color temperature, AC & battery options.
• Microphone – Boya: BY-M1 or equivalent lavalier microphone, 3.5mm jack.
• Ring Light: LED ring light, 18–20 inch diameter, dimmable, tripod stand included.
• SD Card 64 GB: Class 10, UHS-I or higher, suitable for 4K recording. Quantity: 3
• Smartphone Stand: Adjustable, tripod-compatible.
• Camera Tripod: Sturdy aluminum tripod, adjustable height, quick-release plate.
• Wireless Presenter: Laser pointer with slideshow control, USB receiver.
• Shoulder Camera Rig: DSLR shoulder mount stabilizer, adjustable handles.
• Card Reader: A durable, multi-purpose card reader compatible with magnetic stripe, smart, and contactless cards, ensuring fast, secure, and PCI-compliant transactions. Quantity:  2

Pricing:

• Prices must be quoted in USD and should include VAT.
• Quotes must be accompanied by a letterhead displaying the company's name, phone number, and email address.
• Selection Criteria: The contracted supplier will be selected based on the most competitive price that aligns with the specified requirements in this tender.

Supplier Requirements:

• Company License Registration (Obligatory)
• Commercial Registration (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with VAT (Obligatory)
• Include brand, model, warranty period, and delivery time in your offer.
• Delivery should be within a maximum of 15 days after purchase order confirmation.
