We request interested bidders to inform NCA about their intention to participate in this tender in writing on the following email address: ncalebanonprocurement@nca.no
Upon receiving the email from interested contractors on the procurement email, NCA will send by email Annex #5 Vendor Bank Verification. Interested Bidders can also request the financial offer template (Annex 2) in excel by email.

How to Apply
The Bidder shall complete and submit the following documents:
Annex #1: Technical specification (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
Annex #2: Financial Offer (To be completed, signed and stamped by the Bidder)
Annex #3: General Terms and Conditions for Works Contracts (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
Annex #4: Code of Conduct for Contractors (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
Annex #5: Vendor Bank Verification Template (To be completed by the Bidder signed and stamped)
The following documents shall in addition be submitted with the tender:
- Valid 2025 Business Registration specialized in Engineering and Constructions
- Valid Contractor Certificate Grade A
- Valid membership in the Engineering syndicate for the lead enginieer(s), submit prood of annual membership payment for 2025
- Letter from the bank for confirmation of the bank account. It should be issued in 2025
- Company owner or company director ID /Passport. Official letter from the company stating name and ID of the owner(s), and name and ID of the company director(s)
- NCA Site Visit Document signed by both parties (mandatory)
- Signed and stamped letter of commitment to submit the work within 80 calendar days.
Any other relevant information that should be made known to the Contracting Authority.

Site Visit 05 September 2025 at 11:00hrs.
Deadline for request for any clarifications from the Contracting Authority 09 September 2025 at 15:00 hrs.
Last date on which clarifications are issued by the Contracting Authority 10 September 2025 at 15:00 hrs.
Deadline for submission of tenders (closing date) 22 September 2025 at 15:00 hrs.
Tender opening session 23 September 2025 at 10:00 hrs.
