The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) with the secured funding from the Lebanon Humanitarian fund (LHF), and potentially the Polish Aid, is in the process of implementing a humanitarian project that will provide community-driven, immediate assistance to 1232 newly arrived households in underserved areas of Akkar and Hermel, who are grappling with food insecurity. Activities focus on integrated, tailored support to meet the most urgent humanitarian needs of newcomers in priority areas.
This will be achieved through the provision of food parcels ensuring coverage of basic monthly food needs of a 5-person family for newcomers residing outside shelters, distributed for three months..

Interested candidates are requested to prepare the bid in 2 separate, password encrypted folders (technical and financial) in accordance with the requirements and procedures set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet. Failure to strictly adhere to these instructions will automatically result in the offer being rejected.
The only eligible applicants for this ITB are legally registered entities.
