How to Apply
  1. يجب ان تكون المستندات والشروط التالية موضوعة ضمن ظرف مختوم وهي:
  • الملحق A - جدول المواصفات الفنية - مكتمل ومقدم ومختوم من الشركة، مع الكتالوك.
  • الملحق B العرض المالي-مختوم من الشركة
  • المحلق C – اثبات مسؤولية - مكتمل وموقع ومختوم.
  • الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية: يجب أن تؤكّد الشركة المورّدة على أن -الملحق A - جميع العناصر الفنية المطلوبة في المنتجات استوفت الشروط المطلوبة او زادت عنها (ولم تنقص).
  • يجب أن يكون دفتر الشروط والتعليمات موقعًا ومختومًا من قبل العارض كدليل على التزامه الكامل بمضمونه.
  • مصدر المنتجات: يجب أن تكون المنتجات المقدمة من الشركة الموردة متوفّرة في الجمهورية اللبنانية أو السورية ومتاحة للشراء.

يجب ان تكون الشركة المورّدة مرخّصة تجارية ولديها رقم مالي ضمن الجمهورية اللبنانية أو السّوريّة وتقدم الوثائق التي تؤكّد ذلك، وفي حال كانت خاضعة للضريبة على القيمة المضافة يجب إبراز رقم الضريبة على القيمة المضافة.

  1. The following documents and conditions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope:
  • Annex A - Technical Specifications Table - completed, stamped, and submitted by the company, with catalog.
  • Annex B – financial offer- stamped by the company
  • Annex C – Proof of Liability - completed, signed, and stamped.
  • Compliance with Technical Specifications: The supplying company must confirm that all required technical specifications outlined in - Annex A - have been met or exceeded (and are not lacking any).
  • The Terms and Instructions document must be signed and stamped by the bidder as proof of full compliance with its contents.
  • Product origin: The products provided by the supplying company must be available for purchase within the Republic of Lebanon or Syria.

The supplying company must hold a valid commercial license, have a financial number within the Republic of Lebanon or Syria, and provide documents to confirm this. If the company is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), it must display its VAT number.
