MSF Lebanon
The MSF Lebanon Branch office was created in 2019 in response to a growing need for expanding MSF's institutional presence in the MENA region. The Middle East Medical Unit (MEMU), Operating at MSF Lebanon, ensures that MSF projects address Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and integrate it into the holistic quality care management of patients admitted to MSF health facilities. This is achieved through firstly, the implementation of the MSF AMR main pillars consisting of Infection Prevention & Control Programs, Antimicrobial Stewardship and Access to Diagnostic & Surveillance, and secondly through influencing policies & practices by advocacy, analysis, research, innovation and Learning and Development initiatives.
