Program Background

TARABUT — Together Advancing Resilience And Building Unity in Tripoli — is a two-year initiative (April 2025 – March 2027) designed to unite the people of the Fayhaa Union—Tripoli, Qalamoun, El Mina, and Beddawi—across all sectors and backgrounds. Whether you're part of a grassroots movement, a business, an NGO, or a public or private institution, TARABUT invites you to be part of a collective journey to rebuild trust, foster collaboration, and shape a brighter, more peaceful future for our communities.

Funded by the European Union and implemented by the Safadi Foundation in partnership with AIDA, TARABUT focuses on unity, resilience, and cultural innovation. Through strategic capacity building, inclusive engagement, and community-driven action, the project empowers local actors to lead meaningful change and strengthen social cohesion across the region.

BTBT Campaign Background

As a core pillar of the TARABUT project, the “Together for Brighter Fayhaa” (BTBT) media campaign aims to promote social cohesion and resilience across the communities of Tripoli, Mina, Beddawi, and Qalamoun. This campaign will involve a wide range of media and communication components, including the development and dissemination of promotional materials, visual content, reports, event branding, and social media campaigns, in parallel with all project initiatives.

Scope and objectives

The selected provider will be expected to:

•           Deliver services upon request, in alignment with the project’s tone and objectives.

•           Provide designs and visual props as needed, tailored to specific project activities and timelines.

•           Ensure responsiveness and flexibility in adapting to requested needs.

Digital Mapping

•           Creation of a formatted map based on  SF collected project data

•           Visual storytelling (animation/ creative designs/interactive visual designs )

Deliverables and TimeLine

The services under this Terms of Reference will be delivered over the course of the Tarabut Project’s implementation period (April 2025 – March 2027). The delivery of each service will be based on mutually agreed timelines between the Safadi Foundation and the selected company, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to project needs.

Deliverable:

Bilingual Map design and Layout (English & Arabic): Covers Tripoli, Badawi, Qalamoun, and Mina.

Stakeholder Display on map: Shown as a listing per city (can be adapted to interactive format if needed).

Final Report Layout (report appearance not content): Designed for printing in both English and Arabic, incorporating the map.

Delivery Principles

• Timeline: All tasks must be completed within 10 days from the agreed start date.
• Deliverable Formats: Final outputs should be submitted in Word, PDF.
• Payment Terms: Payment will be made only upon full delivery of all agreed deliverables and after receiving formal approval from the Safadi Foundation.
