Provision of Capacity Building, Consultancy, and Mentorship Services

Background
Berytech is launching a call for service providers to support its entrepreneurship programs by delivering specialized services that strengthen the capacities of startups, SMEs, and entrepreneurs. The selected provider(s) will design and implement training, advisory, and mentorship activities aligned with Berytech’s mission of fostering innovation and business growth in Lebanon.

Scope of Services
The service provider(s) will deliver one or more of the following services:

1. Capacity Building & Training
   • Design and deliver tailored training programs, workshops, and interactive sessions for startups, SMEs, and entrepreneurs.
   • Topics may include: branding, product/service launching, digital marketing, business development, pitching, communication, and strategy.
2. Consultancy & Advisory
   • Provide one-on-one or group consultancy in business strategy, marketing, partnerships, and organizational development.
   • Support startups in refining their business models and scaling strategies.
3. Program Design & Facilitation
   • Assist in designing, facilitating, and evaluating entrepreneurship support programs, accelerators, and incubation initiatives.
4. Communication & Outreach Support
   • Guide beneficiaries in developing brand identity, messaging, and outreach strategies to enhance visibility and growth.
5. Mentorship
   • Offer structured mentorship to entrepreneurs on personal development, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Duration
The services will be provided on a need-basis throughout the project period, with specific timelines and activities agreed upon between Berytech and the service provider.

Eligibility Criteria

• Demonstrated experience in delivering similar services to startups, SMEs, and entrepreneurship programs.
• Proven expertise in training, consultancy, mentorship, or program design.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
