How to Apply
Participation in this tendering procedure is open on equal terms to all companies respecting Coopi requirements.
Deadline for submission of the offer: 26/09/2025 at 16:00. If the offer is delivered after the deadline, it shall be invalid and not taken into consideration.
The technical and financial offers must be written in English and put in two different envelops. Documents released by the Lebanon public administration can stay in Arabic.
4.1 Offer in hard copies must delivered by hand at the following address before the deadline: COOPI Office –Beirut, Achrafieh, Furn Al Hayek, Baroudi Street, Saab Building, 7th floor.
Offer, including annexes and all required supporting documents, must be submitted in a sealed stamped envelope bearing the following description:
