NCA Invites interested bidders to submit a proposal for the installation of Solar System for Water Pump. 

 

A – Instructions to Bidders

  • Annex #1: Scope of Work and Technical Specifications (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
  • Annex #2: Financial Offer (To be completed, signed and stamped by the Bidder)
  • Annex #3: General Terms and Conditions for Works Contracts (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
  • Annex #4: Code of Conduct for Contractors (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
  • Annex #5: Vendor Bank Verification Template (To be completed by the Bidder signed and stamped)

We request interested bidders to inform NCA about their intention to participate in this RFP in writing on the following email address: ncalebanonprocurement@nca.no 

Upon receiving the email from interested bidders on the procurement email, NCA will send by email:

Interested Bidders can request Annex 2 financial proposal submission form template in excel by email.

How to Apply

The Bidder shall complete and submit the following documents: 

  • Annex #1: Scope of Work and Technical Specifications (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
  • Annex #2: Financial Offer (To be completed, signed and stamped by the Bidder)
  • Annex #3: General Terms and Conditions for Works Contracts (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
  • Annex #4: Code of Conduct for Contractors (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
  • Annex #5: Vendor Bank Verification Template (To be completed by the Bidder signed and stamped)

The following documents shall in addition be submitted with the Invitation to tender: 

  • Valid 2025 Company Business Registration specialized in Engineering and Constructions. 
  • Valid membership in the engineering syndicate for the lead engineer (s), submit proof of annual membership payment for 2025
  • Proof to be included in 2025 “Recommended LCEC List for contractors”
  • Letter from the bank for confirmation of the bank account. It should be issued in 2025
  • Company owner or company director ID/ Passport – official letter from the company stating name and ID of the owner(s), and name and ID of the company director(s)
  • NCA site visits documents signed by both parties 
  • Signed and stamped letter of commitment to submit the work within 55 calendar days

Any other relevant information that should be made known to the Contracting Authority.

The site visit will be on Tuesday 23 September 2025 at 11:00hrs. 

 

The Deadline for request for any clarifications from the Contracting Authority will be on Monday 29 September 2025 at 15:00hrs.

The last date on which clarifications are issued by the Contracting Authority will be on Tuesday 30 September 2025 at 15:00hrs.
