Background
The NISCVT is a humanitarian NGO working with the Palestinian communities in Lebanon in development, emergency response and relief through various projects and services addressing the needs of the community. In partnership with UNICEF the NISCVT is rolling out a large-scale distribution of Family Hygiene Kits across all Palestinian families in Lebanon (North)each partner operating three centralized distribution sites per area, each partner will designate NFI distribution staff per each site. In this framework, the NISCVT is seeking to recruit Registration Clerks to support NFIs distribution operations
Objective of the position:
The purpose of the post is to assist in, and support NISCVT NFIs distribution operations, data management, streaming and reporting on operations implemented by the distribution teams in designated distribution sites and other relevant operations managed by NISCVT in the frame of the program.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
The Information Management & Reporting Officer will work under the supervision of [NISCVT line manager/ site line manager], to whom he/she will report.
Develop and maintain beneficiary distribution databases on a timely basis.
Compile daily reports from distribution sites into consolidated partner reports.
Prepare and Upload validated data into UNICEF’s Activity Info and other reporting templates as required.
Produce dashboards, periodic reports, analytical summaries, and progress and consolidated reports.
Support M&E spot checks and beneficiary feedback analysis.
Communicating with the [line manager] for the facilitation of operations.
Working continuously to keep up with the latest development of operations. Filing and achieving relevant documents.
Maintaining track of Complaints and feedback records
Supporting with any other responsibilities assigned by the [line manager] withing this job.
Participating in training offered by NISCVT and UNICEF/donor.

Reporting any incident or act and any risk identified that causes any harm to beneficiary or to others in the distribution site through reporting and feedback channels assigned by the NISCVT/donor] is mandatory.
Qualification & Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information management, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in IM/M&E roles within humanitarian/development programs or similar position is strong asset.
Strong Excel/database skills, familiarity with Activity Info/Power BI, is strong asset.
Other Personal qualifications
Familiarity with basic principles of field operations.
Aptitude for numbers and systems
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel)
Accuracy and attention to detail, self-organization
Flexible and responsive to program challenges, with willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
Ability to manage documentation, communication and reporting in English is a must
Applicants who have previously worked or are currently working in similar positions living in, or adjacent to camps and gatherings will be prioritized

Duty station:
Centralized distribution sites where the NFI kits will be distributed to Palestinian refugees living in and outside camps and gatherings in Lebanon, as designated by the NISCVT. Applicants may be assigned to different sites within the same geographical operational area as required. There are 1 geographical Areas across Lebanon where distribution sites will be located:
