Project Manager

Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Beirut Office with frequent visits to Tripoli
Reports to: Operations Manager / Executive Director

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading INJAZ Lebanon’s contribution to a new multi-partner project focused on supporting start-ups and small businesses in Lebanon. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with diverse partners while ensuring effective implementation, compliance, and reporting. The Project Manager will also oversee trainers and volunteers involved in program delivery to ensure quality and consistency across activities.

Key Responsibilities

   Project Management

• Ensure implementation of activities is delivered within the framework of the approved plan, timeline, and budget, making optimum use of resources.
• Develop detailed project work plans in coordination with the Operations Manager, Executive Director, and field teams.
• Support the project team in fulfilling their duties in line with project design.
• Represent INJAZ Lebanon in monthly partner meetings, ensuring accurate documentation, follow-up, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all donor, financial, administrative, and legal requirements.
• Propose and prepare adjustments to plans as needed to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Ensure close coordination with INJAZ community partners for outreach, youth registration, and engagement as per agreed targets
  
  Trainers & Volunteers Management
   
• Recruit, orient, and support project trainers and volunteers.
• Plan and oversee Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions as required.
• Ensure trainers and volunteers are consistently fulfilling their roles and completing program delivery tasks.
• Monitor the quality of program content delivery, ensuring adherence to INJAZ Lebanon’s standards and project plan.
  
  Networking & Partnerships
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, businesses, and partner organizations to support project success.
• Represent INJAZ Lebanon in relevant forums, ensuring visibility and alignment with partners.
  
  Qualifications
   
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including project and team management (experience with international donors is a must).
• Solid experience in project cycle management and delivery of high-quality programs.
• Proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and strong interest in business development and entrepreneurship.
• Motorized and willing to travel frequently between Beirut and Tripoli.
