The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM), with the funding of Lebanon Humanitarian Fund – LHF, is in the process of implementing a humanitarian project in Akkar and Hermel titled: “Integrated Assistance for New Arrivals and Shock-Affected Populations in Akkar and Hermel”. The project will contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable new arrivals through the provision of food parcels and hot meals.
تعلن المنظمة البولندية للمساعدات الدولية (PCPM)، وبتمويل من صندوق لبنان الإنساني – LHF، عن تنفيذ مشروع إنساني في منطقتي عكار والهرمل تحت عنوان: "المساعدة المتكاملة للوافدين الجدد والسكان المتضررين من الصدمات في عكار والهرمل". يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تعزيز سبل العيش للفئات الأكثر هشاشة من الوافدين الجدد من خلال توفير الطرود الغذائية والوجبات الساخنة.

How to Apply
PCPM, hereby, invites you to submit a quotation for trucking service between the areas of Akkar and Hermel for the period of 3 months (between October 2025 - January 2026) as specified in Annex I, ‘Schedule of Works and Specifications of Goods / Services’, and in accordance with the ‘Requirements and Conditions”.
Quotations should be submitted before the 2nd of October 2025, COB to the following email address: lebanon.procurement@pcpm.org.pl or in a closed and marked envelope by hand to PCPM office in Qobayat, facing the Municipality of Qobayat.

وبناءً عليه، تدعو المنظمة جميع الموردين المهتمين إلى تقديم عرض أسعار لتوفير خدمات النقل بالشاحنات بين منطقتي عكار والهرمل، وذلك لمدة ثلاثة أشهر (بين تشرين الأول 2025 وكانون الثاني 2026)، وفقًا لما هو مبين في الملحق رقم (1): "جدول الأعمال ومواصفات السلع / الخدمات"، وبما يتوافق مع المتطلبات والشروط المحددة.
يُرجى تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه يوم الخميس الواقع في 2 تشرين الأول 2025، مع نهاية الدوام الرسمي، وذلك إما عبر البريد الإلكتروني التالي: lebanon.procurement@pcpm.org.pl أو من خلال تسليمها باليد في ظرف مغلق ومختوم بشكل واضح إلى مكتب المؤسسة في القبيات – مقابل بلدية القبيات.
