Peace of Art is launching a Tender for Car Rental

Peace of Art invites service suppliers to submit proposals  Car Rental with the following specifications:

Specifications:

Vehicle Type: 4x4

Preferably: Renault Duster, Kia, or Hyundai…

Rent Duration: 1 month, start date: 25 September 2025

The offer should clearly specify that the offered prices in USD, including:

• Daily Rate: $50/day 
• Value Added Tax ( VAT)
• Warranty from the vendor
• All risk insurance (Passengers and Compulsory)
• 24/7 Insurance coverage
• Regular car maintenance
• Car replacement in case of accident or break down (Within a short time interval)
• Payment schedule
• Zero franchise
• Car must not be detected in any way

Note: Number of drivers should not be limited.

Delivery:

• Within 2 days from the signature of the contract.
• Any submission beyond the deadline will not be taken into consideration.

Contracted Supplier will be chosen based on the most competitive price aligning with the specifications requested by the call. Payment will be in cash as fresh money (USD).

Suppliers are required to submit:

• Commercial invoice
• Certificate of Registration issued by the Lebanese  Ministry of Finance
• Commercial Certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce
• Official Letter from the company
