Trainer – Youth Campaign Support

We are seeking a trainer to design and deliver Two training sessions for youth participants on the following topics:

• Inclusive Campaigns – Online & Offline (Using social media platforms effectively (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.), Running inclusive campaigns that engage diverse communities, Countering stereotypes through storytelling and positive narratives)
• Content Creation for Political Messaging & Campaigning (Developing campaign materials (visuals, texts, videos), Creating engaging and accessible messages for different audiences, Structuring political content for maximum outreach and impact)

Trainer Deliverables

• Deliver two training sessions (3 hours each) in December 2025. 
• Provide a Word document summary/structured handout for each session (to be shared with participants).
• Develop pre- and post-tests to assess participants’ improvement and measure learning outcomes.

Trainer Requirements

• Proven experience in political campaigning, youth engagement, and/or digital advocacy.
• Active presence and familiarity with key social media platforms.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with youth audiences.
• Experience in designing pre- and post-tests for trainings is an asset.

Fees

The trainer shall receive a fee of USD 350 per session, for a total of two sessions, amounting to USD 700.
