The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is currently implementing its project Enhancing Water Resource Management" (WAMA) in Lebanon. As part of this project GIZ intends to award a contract Contracting Construction Works for Small- Scale Projects in Selected Pilot Areas- Baalbeck Distribution Line.
The scope of work includes:
Construction of the designed work that could be summarized by supply + installation of Ductile Iron 250mm pipeline of around 1100 m total length.
The proposed works include excavation, bedding, laying of pipes, backfilling, road reinstatement, with all the hydraulic accessories and valves needed for the construction of this distribution line including its respective connection manholes
Construction is expected to be performed and completed approximately within 45 days from signing of contract, between 22.10.2025 and 06.12.2025.

a. Technical
To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the following information and documents for eligibility assessment before the financial assessment:
Technical Offer including:
- Company details including full company name, full address, phone and email
- Copy of company registration certificate
- Copy of valid, engineering association registration
- Company profile including number of employees (permanent / temporary in total) and number of professional staff qualified to perform the work, as specified in the eligibility grid, at least 10 people.
- References for works of similar nature as specified in the eligibility grid, minimum 100,000 EUR.
- Total value of works of similar nature as specified in the eligibility grid.
- Annual total turnover for each of the last three (3) years as specified in the eligibility grid, at least 150,000 EUR.
- Evidence of ownership of equipment and machinery necessary to execute the work or evidence of possibility of hiring the same

Financial Offer included:
Filled excel sheet including the price of each item, using the “Unpriced BoQ Template”
Only applications containing the above-mentioned documents will be taken into consideration.
All documents must be submitted in English.
Offer validity: Please note that the offer should be valid for at least 4 months from the date of submission
