YMY Tutoring is seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our dedicated team in Beirut! If you're passionate about people and ready to kick-start your career in Human Resources within a dynamic educational environment, we want to hear from you.

 This is an onsite position at our office in Mar Elias, Beirut. We are looking for candidates living within a convenient commuting distance.

What You Will Do

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews for our tutors and staff.

Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

Help maintain and organize employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.

Provide administrative support to the HR function and assist in day-to-day operations.

Participate in exciting HR projects related to employee engagement and company culture.

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and a strong sense of discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
