MdM Lebanon is seeking to contract a qualified Health Insurance Provider to offer comprehensive medical insurance coverage for its staff based in Lebanon.
Scope of Service
The selected provider will be expected to:
Offer comprehensive health insurance coverage for national staff members and their dependents.
Provide clear terms on benefits, exclusions, premiums, and reimbursement mechanisms.
Ensure access to a wide network of hospitals, clinics, and laboratories across Lebanon.
Guarantee timely and efficient claims management and customer service support.

Eligibility Criteria
Interested insurance providers must:
Be legally registered and licensed to operate in Lebanon.
Proposals must be submitted only by official insurance company representatives. Submissions through broker or intermediaries will not be accepted.
Firms having minimum 05 years’ experience of providing health insurance services in Lebanon to large public/ private sector organizations.
At least serving 02+ Humanitarian Institutions preferably I/NGO’s & UN Agencies for Health & Life Insurance.
