Project: Together for Access to Justice (Justice Without Frontiers – WEHUB Program, funded by Expertise France)

Background
The project Together for Access to Justice seeks to enhance equitable access to formal and informal justice for poor and vulnerable women and girls in Lebanon. Its objectives include:

  • Building knowledge of women and girls on their legal rights and pathways to justice.
  • Establishing and supporting paralegals to conduct community-based awareness sessions.
  • Providing referrals to legal task forces and accredited mediators.
  • Conducting awareness and advocacy activities, including roundtables, social media campaigns, videos, graffiti, and podcasts

Podcast Component
Within the advocacy campaign, podcasts serve as a strategic communication tool to:

  • Raise public awareness on women’s rights, legal challenges, and pathways to justice.
  • Feature legal experts, activists, survivors, and community leaders to share insights and lived experiences.
  • Engage broader audiences, particularly youth and digital media consumers, in conversations around justice and legal reform.

Scope of Work – Implementer
The implementer will:

  1. Host and produce five (5) podcast episodes under the project framework.
  2. Develop episode concepts and scripts.
  3. Interview experts, activists, and community representatives on issues related to women’s access to justice, legal reform, and gender equality.
  4. Ensure professional production quality and dissemination of the episodes on digital platforms with wide outreach.
  5. Align all content with JWF and Expertise France communication guidelines, ensuring visibility requirements are respected.

Deliverables

  • Five professionally produced podcast episodes (15–30 minutes each).
  • Social media promotion material (short clips, visuals, and captions) for each episode.

Reporting
The implementer will work under the supervision of JWF’s Focal Point and Project Coordinator and coordinate with Expertise France on visibility requirements.
