Mediation Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Mediation Trainer to design and deliver a 2-day training workshop on mediation skills. The training will target vulnerable women and will be focused on conflict sensitivity and mediation. The training will build capacities of the participants in terms of social cohesion, mediation and integration within their communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement one training to be conducted for 2 different groups of participants (2-day interactive training on mediation).
• Prepare training materials, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Facilitate sessions.
• Provide post-training recommendations and reports.

  Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Mediation
• Proven experience in delivering trainings on mediation, conflict resolution, or negotiation.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Lebanese context and civil society sector.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required.
