The Youth Vanguard (WASEL) project—implemented by Dawaer Foundation in partnership with Masar Association and funded by the European Union—aims to promote social cohesion and dialogue among Lebanon’s diverse communities. It engages youth from Choueifat, Muhammara, Saida, and Qab Elias as catalysts of positive change who bridge divides, challenge stereotypes, and foster inclusive local development.
This capacity-building phase is a cornerstone of the project. Through 12 days of structured and participatory training, youth will acquire the knowledge, tools, and confidence to act as community ambassadors and partners to their municipalities, designing initiatives that respond to local tensions and strengthen intercommunal trust.
Objective of the Call
We are seeking qualified and experienced trainers to deliver one or more of the following training modules. The selected trainers will contribute directly to building a generation of active, skilled, and inclusive youth leaders capable of driving dialogue, participatory governance, and community transformation across Lebanon.
Interested trainers (individuals or firms) are invited to submit a:
- Technical proposal (CV, methodology, draft agenda, and relevant past experience).
