The René Moawad Foundation (RMF) is seeking to recruit a “Financial and Digital Literacy Trainer” in Zahle for “Alternatives to Combat Exploitive Child Labour through Empowerment and Sustainable Services – ACCESS-Lebanon” Project supported by RDPP Lebanon in partnership with Plan International.
Major Responsibilities:
- Deliver digital and financial literacy sessions to adolescents and caregivers;
- Work within a team and acting professionally and ethically towards all concerned parties;
- Use feedback provided by the supervisor to improve the work;
- Use and follow the curriculum provided by RMF;
- Organize and prepare the space, equipment, and materials before conducting the planned activities;
- Support adolescents express themselves using principles of child participation;
- Assist adolescents in developing mental, physical, and developmental skills;
- Record daily attendance of both the adolescents and the caregivers;
- Report any case of neglect or individual abuse to the direct line manager;
- Participate in a weekly staff meeting;
- Perform any duties assigned by the direct line manager;
- Timely identify, inform, and discuss any issues with the Center Manager; and
- Adhere to and act in accordance with RMF Policies and Procedures.
Professional Standards:
All RMF staff are required to adhere to the RMF policies and practices with respect to child protection minimum standards, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience as digital and financial literacy trainer;
- Candidates must have skills in working with adolescents and caregivers;
- High integrity in social interactions;
- Knowledge on how to communicate with vulnerable population groups, such as women, children, youth, elderly, disabled and refugees
Tasks and Deliverables:
A: Adolescent Groups:
- Conduct 30 structured sessions for 2 adolescent groups, benefiting a total of 30 adolescents.
- Each group is expected to attend all 30 sessions.
- Ensure sessions cover the agreed-upon curriculum and include participatory, age-appropriate activities.
B: Caregiver Groups:
- Conduct 30 structured sessions for 6 caregiver groups, benefiting a total of 90 caregivers.
- Each group is expected to attend all 30 sessions.
- Ensure sessions cover the agreed-upon topics, including practical exercises and interactive discussions.
Expected Outcomes:
- Full attendance of all participants in the respective sessions.

Period of Employment: Mid -October 2025 – May -2026
Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Education Degree: Bachelor Degree in IT , Finance or any other relevant field.
