- Engages learners in a variety of activities that are developmentally appropriate and caters for each child’s needs and well-being.
- Plans, prepares, and implements lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Provides age-appropriate supervision and discipline.
- Maintains a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for the learners.
- Addresses cultural and special needs.
- Regularly records learners’ attendance, progress and other relevant data on available platform.
- Attends required trainings and workshops
- Attends meetings with the education team when needed.
