Outreach Worker - North Bekaa - Hosh Barada

  1. Conduct targeted outreach in communities to engage adolescents and youth, promote center activities, and share project information.
  2. Identify and register beneficiaries using Kobo or other designated tools; ensure timely and accurate data upload.
  3. Support community needs assessments and mapping of local services, schools, and stakeholders.
  4. Refer beneficiaries to relevant internal and external services, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to safeguarding protocols.
  5. Track and follow up on participation and attendance of beneficiaries in center activities.
  6. Report challenges, community feedback, and success stories to the Center Supervisor.
  7. Adhere to safeguarding, PSEA, and Do No Harm principles at all times.
  8. Participate in project trainings, including SRHR, GBV risk mitigation, child protection, and outreach best practices.
