Social worker - Batroun

Case Management:Provide case management for children and adults, focusing on child protection and GBV (Gender-Based Violence) cases. This includes assessment, planning, referrals, follow-up, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to protection standards.

Psychosocial Support (PSS): Deliver psychosocial support activities for children and adults, such as individual and group sessions, emotional support, and resilience-building exercises. Facilitate safe spaces and offer guidance to those experiencing distress or trauma.

Recreational Activities: Organize and lead recreational activities for children and youth, including games, arts and crafts, sports, and cultural events, to promote well-being, social inclusion, and positive engagement.

Livelihood Activities: Support the implementation of livelihood projects, including outreach, beneficiary identification, and coordination of trainings or i activities. Assist participants in accessing resources and building skills for improved economic stability.

Field Visits and Field Trips: Conduct regular field visits and field trips to Tabitha project sites in Batroun and surrounding areas and to Akkar if needed. Assess needs, monitor activities, and provide direct support to beneficiaries in various locations.

Community Engagement: Mobilize and engage community members, caregivers, and local stakeholders to participate in project activities. Build trust and foster collaboration to ensure effective outreach and impact.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, supporting logistics, and coordinating with the Tabitha team. Ensure timely documentation and compliance with organizational procedures.

Flexibility and Team Support:Adapt to changing needs and support different tasks as required by the project. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
