Food Basket Tender# IRL - T2025 - 028 Food Assistance in Tripoli&Akkar (Extension)

The intervention is intended to meet the nutritional requirements of 3,000 households in the North and Akkar regions of Lebanon by means of the distribution of food parcels. This will enable conflict-affected communities to receive essential food items that are tailored to their household needs and requirements, thereby preserving their dignity and respect. This initiative will enable vulnerable communities to save money for other essential requirements, such as health or education, and maintain their nutrition by facilitating their access to basic food items. By providing food parcels, this intervention aims to alleviate the financial burden on families who are struggling to afford nutritious meals. Additionally, this initiative will help promote food security and stability within these conflict-affected regions of Lebanon. The assistance consists of:

• Food Basket (Quantity 3,000)

The above items will be distributed to 3,000 families nationwide.

• Deadline of Tender Submission: 03/11/2025 at 4:00 pm. Extended till 11/11/2025

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the
following requirements:
1. Company VAT Registered and has a financial
number.
2. Flexible in payments
3. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name.
4. Has a bank account by the company name and can receive external bank
transfer.
5. Distribution and labor cost should be included and mentioned on the
quotations.
