Première Urgence - Aide Médicale Internationale (PU-AMI) is a non-profit, non-political and non religious humanitarian NGO. Its objective is to bring about a global response to the basic needs of populations suffering from acute humanitarian crisis and to allow them to recover their autonomy and dignity. In close respect to humanitarian principles, PU-AMI promotes humanitarian access and dialogue with all components of the civil society in Lebanon, and delivers assistance based on the needs, regardless of religion, politics, and ethnic matters. Today, PU-AMI is intervening in 21 countries in Africa, the Near East, Caucasus, Asia and the Caribbean to cover the needs of populations affected by conflict, natural disasters or economic crises. PU-AMI in Lebanon has been implementing emergency and recovery projects in Health, Water, Sanitation, Hygiene, Shelter Rehabilitation and in Livelihood Recovery sectors.
Job Description:
1- GENERAL OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Daily Worker to assist the Finance Department with a large-scale scanning and archiving project. The role involves digitizing a high volume of payment documents from the past year and organizing them according to our internal scanning and archiving guidelines.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scan financial documents (primarily payment records) and saving them on the specific link
- Ensure scanned files are named and saved accurately according to established guidelines
- Organize and categorize digital files in designated folders for easy retrieval
- Perform quality control to verify the eligibility and completeness of scanned documents
- Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout the scanning process
- Support in related administrative and finance day-to day tasks if needed
Job Requirements:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Language skills: Fluent in Arabic and good command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Education degree: any primary diploma-(preferable to be field related to accounting and finance).
- Work experience: 1 year, (preferably with NGOs)
- Knowledge and skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Basic computer skills, particularly with scanners, PDF software, and file management
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and naming conventions
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in administrative or document handling work is a plus
- Understanding of confidentiality in handling financial documents
- Computer skills: good command of Word and Excel, usage of printers and scanners and USB devices.

PUI-AMI Employment Conditions and Benefits:
- This is a daily-paid position at $50 per day
- Work is limited to a maximum of 9 days per month based on departmental scheduling (from 8:00 am till 4:30 pm)
- No additional benefits or allowances are provided beyond the daily wage
