- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for correspondance, contracts, and member records;
- Prepare official letters, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations;
- Manage office supplies, maintenance requests, and equipment inventories;
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointements, and travel arrangements;
- Assist in budget tracking and maintaining financial records.
